USER-FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE VISUALIZATION
The TP1200 Comfort provides reliable, user-friendly visualization of all production processes. It can be programmed with WinCC in TIA Portal and Visual Basic Script, and Profibus or ProfiNet is used to make the connection to the control system. The touch panel can be implemented in two versions: integrated into the control cabinet or a movable version.
- The user can save 99 programs with 8 partial shots each
- Variable assignment of nine programs per mixing head with eight partial shots each using foaming program management
- Support of up to 6 component pumps
- Ability to connect up to 16 mixing heads with shot-time correction
- Shot logging in max. 20 shift logs
- Tolerance monitoring of all process data
- Flexible shift data allocation
- Password protected
- Ethernet interface for transferring shift protocols to external applications
- Also available as the TP700 Comfort variant
